Black Rock Beach Club is a modern restaurant and bar in the stunning beachside location of Black Rock Sands, Porthmadog, North Wales.
We are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, create exciting seasonal menus, and ensure only the highest quality of food is prepared and served to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have credible experience working as Head Chef with evidence reflecting their skill base. A strong background in menu planning and costing, food production, and preparation is essential. The Head Chef will have total accountability for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including admin and stock control, kitchen cleanliness, and working with suppliers. More importantly, the candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high volumes of quality food.
A good working knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Allergen Legislation understanding is essential.
This position is flexible, offering 45-50 hours/week with 2 rest days off.
Hourly Rate: £18.21 (Up to £45,000 per annum Option to Live In)
Plus Tip Share & Performance Bonus.
Onsite accommodation equating to the value of over £10k per year is an option if you would like to relocate to this stunning part of North Wales.
