Job Opportunity: Sales Executive at Churchill Living
We’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to work full time in our development in Tenterden.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll make a true difference in our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living. You’ll proactively contact interested customers and advise them on their apartment purchase and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in.
2. Work onsite from the Welcome Centre, achieve sales targets, and understand the site to help customers find their new home.
3. Show apartments as the development progresses, utilizing the show home centre with floor plans, designs, and other resources.
4. Collaborate with onsite marketing, customer relations, construction teams, and liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, and solicitors to progress sales.
About You
Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, especially in the retirement market. Your calming, supportive approach will help customers feel at ease. Essential attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive sales approach, professionalism, responsibility, and IT database experience. A valid UK Driver's Licence is required for off-site customer visits.
