A key element of the Talent Acquisition role will be day to day staff and stakeholder management. This Recruitment Manager role will be a temporary role for 2 to 3 months and requires a recruitment expert to "hit the ground running".
Responsibilities:
1. To lead the transformation of the Recruitment function.
2. To lead, develop, and implement a proactive and strategic approach to employee resourcing, connect, engage, and attract diverse talent from the widest possible audience.
3. To drive the recruitment initiatives.
4. To lead the training agenda and improve the capability of hiring managers across all recruitment disciplines, especially with a focus on a diverse and inclusive approach.
5. To lead and drive the recruitment team and wider HR team to ensure the full recruitment cycle is effective, efficient, and seamless for all.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous sector experience is ideal, and a wealth of recruitment and proven leadership of a Recruitment team is essential.
What you'll get in return:
Based in Brighton, but flexibility offered, hybrid, 8 days a month in the office. To start ASAP, 2 months temp with possible extension.
