HR Generalist
Due to growth, my client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. Based predominantly in Weybridge, you will also be looking after their office in Lowestoft, so you will be required to be there approx. 2/3 days every other week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice, coaching/consulting on a variety of HR and business issues to business unit managers and employees. Build organizational capability by coaching managers on strategies for performance enhancement.
2. Oversee the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent management.
3. Responsible for implementing corporate HR initiatives and processes which may require balancing corporate goals with regional practices, goals, and objectives. Ensure that the business unit's needs and challenges are represented and considered.
4. Drive Employee Engagement activities including team building, social events, and recognition activities.
5. Support the HRBP and HR Director with other People & Culture related tasks and initiatives.
6. Support the Global Office and Employee Experience Director with the management of the Lowestoft and Norwich office facilities. Ensure facilities and amenities are maintained.

4. Managing Others: Ensures team understands goals, objectives, and individual roles; helps staff overcome obstacles towards achieving objectives.
5. Communication Skills: Clearly and concisely convey thought processes and information to Human Resources personnel and client group management.
6. Customer Service Oriented: Interprets information to anticipate business needs and to determine how best to support and contribute to the business.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
1. Proven experience in providing HR Advice across the Employee Lifecycle.
2. Qualification/CIPD in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
3. Experience in providing HR Advice to diverse client groups.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
5. Excellent organization skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Credible understanding of the Company’s business drivers.
7. Have a driver's license with the ability to travel frequently between Lowestoft and Weybridge locations, including overnight stays.
