Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Rosette-standard or fine dining kitchen
Strong leadership skills - ability to inspire, train, and manage a team
Creativity & adaptability - capable of delivering both à la carte excellence and bespoke private dining experiences
Exceptional organisational skills to oversee kitchen operations, stock control, and GP management
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering outstanding cuisine
Experience with high-end functions and private dining is a bonus
