About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury boutique in Harrods. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition and retention, leveraging their network of UHNWI clients to drive sales and foster long-term relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding the boutique's client base and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and cultivate relationships with UHNWIs, both locally and globally, to grow the boutique's clientele.
* Achieve annual sales targets of £3–£5 million through strategic client development.
* Deliver exceptional service, creating memorable client experiences that align with the brand's luxury standards.
* Operate effectively within a Harrods retail environment, adhering to its structure and rota requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed boutique KPIs.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product knowledge, particularly in high jewelry, watches, and other luxury goods.
* Represent the brand professionally, contributing to its growth and reputation within the luxury space.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in luxury sales, with a background in high jewelry, watches, fashion, or other UHNW-focused industries.
* Strong client book with a demonstrated ability to achieve significant sales figures.
* Experience in fostering long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing trust and exclusivity.
* Multilingual skills, particularly in Arabic, are an advantage but not required.
* A deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
* Flexibility to adapt to a structured retail environment and work a varied schedule.
