In this role, you will manage existing accounts and expand the client base through strategic outreach and strong relationship management. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead generation and initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling and other methods. Engage with clients and companies by setting up and attending both virtual and in-person meetings. Close sales and finalise contracts by negotiating favourable terms. Conduct thorough market and customer research to tailor approaches based on client needs. Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide detailed product information. Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements. Create and present proposal documents and sales pitches effectively. Provide customers with accurate quotes and cost estimates, ensuring clarity and precision. Maintain an expert level of knowledge about the company’s products and services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within a technology-focused environment, or a strong willingness to learn. A driven, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
