Role: Head Chef Operations: Bar & Restaurant Location: Edinburgh Salary: £40-45K Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with a multi-site Restaurant and Bar operator looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on Head Chef for it's flagship site in Edinburgh This business is a multi-faceted operation with a very strong food operation. Role & Responsibilities: Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and achieve GP targets Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules Skills/Experience: Three years minimum of Head Chef experience Extensive food knowledge Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Critical thinker and problem solver Good Financial management skills Top communication & real people skills Benefits: Staff Discount Training and Development opportunities AMRT1_UKCT
