As the right-hand person to the General Manager, Kitchen Managers – or Engineering Managers as they are called at C&M – are the leaders responsible for every dish served at their Caffeine & Machine. Fanatical about food, our Engineering Managers create, lead and coach kitchen teams determined to create quality dishes within target safety, speed and budgetary requirements. Diligent and exacting, Engineering Managers are always seeking to master their craft.

3. Generating SALES Growth – plan and prepare for busy periods, and together with fellow Kitchen Managers build seasonal brand-wide menu innovations.
4. Optimising PROFIT Results – control stock, minimise waste, and manage kitchen labour efficiently to meet financial targets.
