We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Glasgow team on a 6-month contract (inside IR35), with an immediate start. This role offers competitive rates and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line service desk support, including deskside assistance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
* Support and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments.
* Assist with meeting room technology and AV equipment.
* Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable prior experience in a service desk support role.
* Strong knowledge of Azure AD.
* Familiarity with meeting room technology and AV equipment.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
This role requires you to be in the office four days a week.
