In this role you will Act as the primary point of contact for consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information. Identify recurring issues or trends and work with the team to implement improvements. What they are looking for: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a passion for helping consumers. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
