Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Worthing (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and dedicated business in Worthing.

The Requirements:
Customer service experience (telecoms a bonus)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence working across teams and taking ownership of tasks
Solid IT skills, including MS Office and business systems (e.g. Autotask)
Detail-oriented and proactive with a team-player mindset
The Role:
Deliver excellent service via phone and email
Maintain and grow client accounts through proactive support
Resolve queries and first-line faults efficiently
Recommend suitable solutions and upsell services
Manage cancellations, complaints, and service issues
Provide remote system training via Teams
Process telecom orders, including number porting, licences, and SIP services
Monitor SLAs, handle escalations, and manage support tickets
