As the Catering/ Kitchen Manager, your role will be to support the Catering Team in achieving high standards of service and customer care at all times, ensuring compliance with Food Safety Legislation. Working as part of the Management Team you will also promote the Café and Catering service with a view to increasing sales in line with business objectives. About You We are looking for a hands-on passionate individual who is prepared to work in the Kitchen and comfortable liaising with & serving Customers Front of House (This is not an Office Based Role) To be considered for this role, you will need to be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who strives to give the best service possible and go the extra mile for customers when required. You will have knowledge and experience of supervision or management of a food retail operation or service led organisation, staff supervision and development, as well as administrative and financial processes. It is desirable that you hold a food certificate or equivalent, however this is not essential.
