Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is one of the UK’s largest and most successful apprenticeship providers. They are recruiting for a new Recruitment Manager, a position which manages and coordinates the recruitment of apprentices. This role is solely delivery focused, working with candidates and existing clients to find the right match for both parties.
The Recruitment Manager Role:
1. Oversee apprentice recruitment processes, overseeing applications and discussing with candidates
2. Arranging employer interviews
3. Updating and searching database of apprentices when clients have requirements
4. Producing profiles for candidates
5. Client and candidate management
6. Coordinating and attending outreach days at local educational organisations
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Must be a driver, in order to attend events
8. Will have experience with recruitment, whether in house or agency
9. Will be able to build rapport with apprentices and clients
10. Will be accustomed to maintaining a large number of relationships at any given time
11. Will understand the principles of assessing people
