Responsibilities:
* Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, nurturing potential customers throughout the sales process.
* Consult with clients to understand their office furniture needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements and budget.
* Present product offerings in a compelling and informative manner, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
* Negotiate contracts and terms of sales, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
* Collaborate with the design and customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience from order placement to delivery and installation.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
* Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
* A genuine interest in commercial furniture and a good eye for design aesthetics.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Knowledge of the office furniture industry is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is key.
* Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
