What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Head Chef, supporting him in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Sous Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
