Description
Provide HR guidance and support to all staff within the organisation.
Implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support recruitment processes by assisting with job descriptions, interviews and selection.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Coordinate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
Manage employee relations and onboarding and exit processes.
Conduct regular performance and salary reviews.Profile
