Excellent New Chef de Partie Opportunity at Popular Country Dining Pub & Restaurant
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Dereham in Nofolk for a Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The Head Chef can offer flexibility over hours so you can straight shifts over 4 or 5 days with a 45 hour week, The client can also offer on site live in as well as tips.

The Role
* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Modern kitchen
* Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
* Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
* You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
