Job Summary
Lead kitchen team, train staff on standards and hygiene, review ingredients and deliveries, monitor waste and portion control, manage food cost, and create dishes and menus.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Fluent English, any other language an advantage
* Minimum 2 years Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
* Flexible, creative problem solver
* Well organized, clean, and resistant to stress
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and ordering platforms
