Sous Chef - Contract Catering - Chippenham - £15.42 per hour

* Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days
Duties include:
* Set and maintain standards
* Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic
* Liaise with customers to cater for dietary requirements
* Respond to customer feedback and amend menus
* Receive training to maintain and improve standards
* Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
* Experience as a Sous Chef
* NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications
* Experience in a high volume environment
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong communication skills
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Good management skills and leadership
