As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by managing regional sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Benefits: £35,000 per annum commission based on target sales in the region.

Role & Responsibilities Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value.
Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company.
Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Deliver exceptional pre and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent our brand.
Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform.
Skills & Experience Experience within aggregates or an industrial environment A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills.
