What’s involved?
The Sous chef is charged with running all aspects of the kitchen & management of a team of 10 under the guidance of an accomplished Executive Head Chef, responsibilities include menu planning, deliver all aspects of HACCAP & operate up-to-date health & safety legislation practices. The role would suit a Sous Chef with experience, the style of food is top quality so a rosette background is preferred, but not essential
