What You’ll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries and technical support via phone and email.
* Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, helping clients grow while contributing to revenue targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
* Share product insights and best practices with clients and provide training when needed.
About You:
* 1–2 years’ experience in customer support or operations—ideally in payments, fintech, or eCommerce.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across teams.
* Proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow with a company on the rise.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Tech, or a related field.
