My client, a beautiful Gastro Pub in Oxfordshire, is looking for a Senior Sous Chef/Head Chef to lead the team.
This is an award-winning family and dog-friendly pub just a stone's throw from the River Thames. The pub was recently taken over and has undergone a huge renovation project. The contemporary and stylish interior now welcomes locals, dog walkers, hungry Thames-path walkers, and those from further afield.
They serve the best of local produce, from farm-fresh Oxfordshire food to local craft beer, fine wine, and distilled gins. Outside is an enclosed garden area for alfresco dining and a purpose-built outdoor bar, perfect for spring and summer lunches and dinners in the Oxfordshire sunshine.
They are looking for a Chef with experience in cooking fresh quality gastro pub food. EHO experience is a must, along with all relevant certificates.
Live-in accommodation is available free of charge.
The salary is £38k.
