Responsibilities: - Processing job applications and identifying the most suitable candidates for the positions we are recruiting for - Scheduling and conducting video meetings with job applicants - Scheduling on site interviews and coordinating recruitment activities. - Support lead generation activities to attract potential candidates. - Communicate effectively with candidates. - Engage in relationship management with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
