Sous Chef
£34-35k + tips, HG1, full time, permanent, 45 hours - 5 days over 7, 29 days holiday, staff meals, staff discounts, health & wellbeing
Due to their popularity, this Yorkshire hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team of their Harrogate kitchen:
* Prepare and cook food to rosette standard
* Capable of overseeing functions & banqueting
* Deputise in Head Chef's absence
* Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning
* Training and mentoring of the kitchen team
We would expect the successful Sous Chef to have leadership experience; a hotel background would be ideal; however, training can be given if you have a restaurant background and are keen to learn more about banqueting.
This would be an ideal role if you are keen to progress in the hospitality industry. This is a growing business with a strong mentorship focus.
