About the role
Job Title: Sous Chef
School Location: Orchard House Prep School, W4
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts & Working hours: 7.00am - 3.00pm (40 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)
Pay Details: £28,000 per annum
What will I be doing?
1. Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site.
2. Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of 200+.
3. May include some counter service/till work.
4. Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
A trade test will be required for this role.
