We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team in a American Themed Diner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Schedule;
* Working Potentially every Friday to Monday.
Duties;
* Food production and kitchen operations
* Manage kitchen and front of house staff and provide guidance as needed
* Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to
* Help create and develop new dishes and menus
* Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
Requirements;
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment
* Strong team management and leadership skills
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
* Culinary qualifications or relevant training is advantageous
