Job Description
As a Reward Manager, you'll be a part of our Global People Services Team and lead a global team of Benefits and Compensation Advisors. Your team will manage employee and manager queries, administrative tasks, and reporting related to benefits and compensation. The 4 Benefits Advisors are regionally located across North America, South Africa, the UK, and Europe, while the 2 Compensation Advisors are based in the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring that our reward systems and processes are streamlined, effective, and aligned with our company's goals.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our Newcastle office: C23, 5&6, Cobalt Park Way, Wallsend NE28 9EJ
Minimum Qualifications:
• You have a background as an HR Generalist and recent experience in a Rewards role with a focus on Benefits and Compensation.
• Recent team management experience (you've managed at least 2 direct reports).
• Experience from a large organisation/company.
• Comfortable building and maintaining successful partnerships with Rewards Partners and other People function leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, intermediate to advanced proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing Excel.
• Problem solver and able to resolve problems at pace and problem-solving/issue-resolution skills.

• Lead and develop a global team: Coach and mentor Benefits and Compensation Advisors to drive high performance and professional growth.
• Manage reward administration: Oversee daily operations of benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement: Implement processes that enhance efficiency and governance across the Reward function.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships: Collaborate with the Reward Centre of Expertise, external benefit providers/vendors, Payroll, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy: Implement quality controls through regular audits to maintain high data standards.
• Lead key HR initiatives: Take ownership of the pay review cycle and open enrollment processes, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point: Address complex benefits and compensation issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
• Contribute to team strategy: Assist in shaping the future structure and capabilities of the team to meet the company's evolving needs.
