Our client is a growing and ambitious technology business that has just had its best year. They're looking to capitalize by adding to their thriving sales team in Manchester by adding Business Development Executives.
Business Development Executives will receive a first-class training program and are expected to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target, and 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions.
You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people, drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Sell to existing and lapsed clients.
2. Make around 40 calls per day.
3. Use a solution-based sales approach and fact-finding approach.
4. Understand customer needs, wants, and pain points.
5. Educate customers on products, services, and the market.
6. Manage the entire sales process and control your earnings.
7. Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
8. The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results.
The Package:
* £28-30k salary
* £45k OTE
