As a Sales Executive here at Haier Europe, you'll promote and up-sell our range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status. You'll identify and pitch the most appropriate insurance product to the customer via assessment of their information/needs whilst ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties for customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound service calls from customers.
2. Provide an amazing sales through service approach to sell our leading range of added value service products.
3. Work toward sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous sales experience, ideally within a telephone-based sales role.
2. Familiarity with working toward sales targets.
