Overseeing L&D initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring consistency. Managing a budget, ensuring promises made are fulfilled to meet employees' high demand for learning opportunities. Conducting slight forecasting to review completed initiatives, identify gaps, and plan for the next financial year. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a senior L&D role within a large, complex organisation. A track record of delivering results in high-growth environments. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team of advisers/coordinators, providing the guidance needed to foster their growth and success. Able to operate or previously operated in an early-stage maturity L&D function.
