Role & Responsibilities:
* To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are
treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim
to provide an unforgettable experience
* To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles
professionally as in accordance with our policies
* To supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with
company policies and manuals
* Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales
performance and achieve sales in line with targets
* Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the
Restaurant Managers absence
* To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training
manual:
* Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five
star standards.
* Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
* Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink
range
* To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance
with procedures
* To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments
from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting
and processing of all reception sales.
* To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety,
food and hygiene regulations
* Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in
accordance with company policy
* To ensure
good working relationship with all other departments and communicate
information throughout the hotel.
* To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire
Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
* All other duties as required
