Job Title: Partnerships Business Manager
This is a prime opportunity to join us at the forefront of a new chapter in our business. In this role, you will handle applications submitted by customers through our online partner sites, catering to both Prime and Non-Prime customers. Once a customer is approved, you will conduct qualification calls to verify their information and offer them the finance package that best fits their needs. The goal is to convert these qualified leads into successful finance agreements.
We are on the lookout for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Proven experience in telephone sales, particularly in the car finance sector. Must be able to commute to Cheadle.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a smooth and efficient process from application to deal completion.
Key Tasks:
* Manage and process customer applications submitted through online partner sites.
* Handle both Prime and Non-Prime customer applications.
* Conduct qualification calls with approved customers to verify their details.
* Present and sell the approved finance package during qualification calls.
* Ensure a smooth transition from application approval to deal completion.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and decisions made during the qualification process.
