1st Line Support Analyst

You'll be part of a close-knit IT function, providing first-line technical support within a Microsoft Office 365 environment. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate, and contributing to the smooth operation of end-user services.
In addition to day-to-day support tasks, you'll have the chance to broaden your experience by getting involved in a range of ongoing IT projects. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow and progress within a dynamic and supportive team.
We are looking for someone with:
* Outstanding customer service skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, particularly Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
* A proactive support analyst who is eager to learn and develop professionally
* Experience supporting user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)
Desirable:
Experience supporting Dynamics 365
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
