Closing sales over the phone Using own initiative to target new companies Pro-actively calling businesses ( B to B sale) Building and maintaining relationships with clients Working to achieve monthly targets and company KPIs Day to day account management General Sales Admin Requirements: Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment Technically minded Outbound calling/ cold calling experience Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude Results orientated Good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel and CRM software
