Endeavour Recruitment require a Junior Service Desk Analyst for their busy client close to Gatwick Airport in the West Sussex area. You would be troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues either over the telephone or desk-side as a 1st Line Support Analyst.
Previous experience is not essential for this role, but a keen interest in IT and a willingness to learn quickly are essential. Previous customer service experience and, in particular, ITIL awareness or Foundation certification are preferred.
The successful candidate will be flexible by nature, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be a good team player, able to cope under pressure, and have previous experience of working to strict SLAs both for the team and individual targets.
The salary for this role is in the region of £22,000 depending upon experience.
