The Package:
1. £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

16. Someone with a background of preparing fresh ingredients.
17. Must have previous experience in a Rosette restaurant/hotel.
18. Previous experience in a fine dining setting.
19. Proven successful track record of working within professional kitchens.
20. You may need your own means of transport due to the location of the business.
