The Role: HR Business Partner - HR Generalist
Location: London (North London)
Salary Circa £50k - £60k + 6 month FTC
The Company
Our client is a successful operator in the environmental energy sector, looking for an accomplished HR Generalist to join them on a short-term 6-month contract during a considerable transformation project.
The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you will report to our Head of HR and provide expert ER support across the business, offering pragmatic and comprehensive HR advice.
1. With a focus on ER case work, you will build relationships with our line managers, promote best management practices, and provide HR advice with a commercial outlook.
2. You will work to embed and create a productive, supportive, and dynamic culture.
3. You will support the full recruitment process and onboarding of all new staff.
4. You will play an active role in supporting and implementing new HR initiatives as required.
The Successful Candidate - Qualifications, Experience And Attributes
1. The successful candidate will ideally have CIPD HR accreditation or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of employment law and experience in handling employee relations with a commercial outlook.
3. It would be advantageous to have experience working with organisations that have experienced significant growth.
4. Experience within renewables, engineering, manufacturing, or scientific sectors is advantageous but not essential.
5. You will be flexible and adaptable.
6. You will have an excellent communication style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build relationships positively and collaboratively.
7. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with an innovative, adaptable, professional, and dedicated attitude.
8. You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
