The role: As Head Chef you will lead and manage your kitchen team.
This will include all aspects of food safety and food management, completing training, managing, and developing your team. You will ensure that only great, delicious food comes out of your kitchen, leaving our guests delighted with their experience at The Coorie In every time, whilst ensuring your kitchen is always compliant with relevant regulations and requirements. We have no front of house/kitchen divides – we are all one team working together to produce the same fantastic experience for each and every guest who comes to us.
Benefits: Daily shared tips, 6 weeks paid holiday, and a salary of £42,000 per year for a 48-hour week. A working schedule of 35-48 hours can be negotiated.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader and talented chef who has high standards. You will be passionate about guest experience and dish quality, ensuring consistency is a key focus in the dishes your team serves. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, reliability, and great organisational skills are required to meet the needs and demands of this fast-paced business.
