Reward Manager
Location: Sheffield - 2/3 days a week in the office
Full time and Permanent
Salary: up to circa £85k.
The Reward Manager will be responsible for managing compensation activities alongside Reward projects. The role will manage a team of 2 and will support compensation activities across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading on a variety of Reward projects including activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.
2. Drive successful completion of Rewards projects, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally.
3. Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements.
4. Managing a small team.
We are looking for:
1. In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and annual review processes.
2. Experience managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services environment.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Previous team management experience is an advantage.
