Our client, a leading business in their field, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team in Catterick.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop new business and support the wider sales function.
The Role
·Proactively engage with warm leads and dormant accounts to generate new business opportunities.
·Work closely with the sales team to follow up on exhibition leads and previous inquiries.
·Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote the company’s products and services.
·Provide accurate and timely quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
·Ensure successful sales handovers to internal colleagues for smooth order processing.
·Maintain a strong understanding of the product range to effectively engage customers.
·Keep the CRM system up to date with all customer interactions.
·Attend industry exhibitions and events to represent the business and increase brand awareness.
·Assist with presentations to both new and existing customers.
·Support the internal sales team with order processing and general sales functions.
What’s Required?
·Previous B2B sales and/or purchasing experience, ideally within electronics manufacturing or distribution.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
·Confident in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
·High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
·Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Previous experience using ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
