Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Double OTE

The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional to join our Business Development team, focused on generating new logo sales and expanding opportunities within client accounts. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth within the public and private sectors, primarily focusing on Managed Services, Professional Services and Licensing, purely in the ServiceNow space.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
* Account Growth: Expand within newly acquired accounts, establishing lasting client relationships and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
* Solution Selling: Leverage extensive knowledge of Professional Services, Managed Services, and Licenses to deliver tailored solutions to clients, emphasising consultancy.
* ServiceNow Expertise: Utilise your experience with ServiceNow to present value-driven solutions, addressing client needs and positioning our ServiceNow offerings as integral to their digital strategy.
* Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to maximize business outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Client Engagement: Meet with clients on-site as necessary and attend meetings in Cardiff on occasion to drive engagement and strengthen relationships.
* Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to generate compelling campaigns and events to create client engagement.
* Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre Sales team to create excellent client solutions and compelling proposals.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record in securing new business within Professional Services, Managed Services, and License sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Consultancy Sales: Strong experience selling consultancy services, demonstrating an ability to communicate the value of complex solutions and close deals.
* ServiceNow Experience: Proficiency in ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of its applications and value propositions across the platform.
* Public Sector Experience: Background in selling to the public sector, understanding of procurement processes, and an ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
* Territory Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of previous territories; understanding common issues, best practices and market trends.
* Deal size: Experience of deals >£500k.
