We are looking for a charismatic and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at No.4 Clifton Village. This position would suit someone who loves to ensure our guests get the best experience and is a natural leader, able to instantly connect with our customers and motivate the front of house team. Having recently undergone a stunning renovation, No.4 Clifton Village is an incredibly versatile venue, offering a cosy yet elegant independent restaurant and a boutique events space. Our seasonal kitchen is dedicated to celebrating the best of local British produce - from herbs grown in our secret garden to meat sourced from local butchers, when our customers dine at No. 4 they’re tasting the best of Bristol The successful applicant will be involved in a range of private events such as weddings, afternoon teas, baby showers and birthday parties, as well as corporate events and small-scale conferences - see our Instagram page for a slice of No.4 life You will also, of course, be a crucial part in our front of house team for our à la carte restaurant service. We aim for a fun, friendly and personal style of service and love to see our customers return time and time again. This brand new position offers 42 hours per week, working straight shifts that will involve evening and weekend work. We want people to have a life outside of hospitality though, so will do our rota with that in mind Whilst this may be some time away, the restaurant will close over the Christmas week and for New Year, so while November to December will certainly be a busy but fun and festive time, you will have Christmas and New Year off, guaranteed. No.4 is normally not open after 7pm on Sundays or on Mondays - but this is subject to events bookings so may change on occasion.
