Excellent role in University College Kitchen - 40 hour week
Junior Sous Chef. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this prestigious college for a Junior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade, you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to fellows, VIPs, staff, and students. The role will involve preparing meals for fine dining, high-end banqueting, and college café/restaurants. The role is 40 hours per week with shifts on a rota basis.

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs and support them and the Sous.
* Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
* Preparing and plating meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service and functions.
The Person
* You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous Chef.
* Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
* Have experience of working in a busy all-fresh food hotel kitchen.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ambitious and career-oriented.
* Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified.
