Field Sales Executive – Waste Management & Recycling

Salary: £42,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)

About the Role:
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business? We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our innovative Waste Management & Recycling team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you'll be out in the field, building relationships and closing deals.
Your focus will be on delivering tailored waste management solutions to commercial clients, including services such as Recycling, Skip & RoRo Hire, and Commercial Waste Collection. You'll need a sharp negotiation style—winning on value, not just price.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in new business sales – industry experience is a plus but not essential
* A self-starter who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills – persuasive, confident, and results-driven
* Experience in B2B sales (Preferred sectors: Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal, Facilities Management, Plant Hire, Hygiene, Contract Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, or similar)
