As a Trainee Sales Executive you will be responsible for: Working across different developments Meet and greet clients on site Qualify client requirements and provide demonstrations of the show home Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration General housekeeping of show home and sales office Monitor general presentation of site, completed homes and report any non-compliance Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising Regular progress/update reports to be submitted to Sales Manager Visitor reporting and sourcing of enquiries Monitor survey feedback Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features Accommodate clients to view the show home out of hours (when necessary) Monitor entry dates, exchange of contracts, sales incentive plans and packages Update, monitor and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream (training provided) Attend weekly meeting with construction team weekly to discuss build progress and updates Produce and issue minutes of meeting Continuous monitoring of sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act Any other duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of the on-site sales function Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times Maintain awareness of local employment and market trends which may affect relevant developments What you'll need: Prepared to work towards HND/HNC Nat 4/5/GCSE equivilent in Maths and English required Complimentary relevant experience Ability to work under pressure Methodical approach Numerate Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Good written and verbal communication skills Computer literate Willingness to learn About you: As a Trainee Sales Executive we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the construction industry. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you.
