You'll be designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines, playing a crucial role in enabling data-driven analytics and customer marketing. Design and Build Data Pipelines: Create and maintain batch, streaming and integration pipelines. Data Management: Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery. Data Integration: Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various data sources. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders including data scientists, analysts, and other team members to support their data infrastructure needs. Data Quality: Ensure data is clean, reliable and readily available for analysis and reporting. Maintain data in line with GDPR obligations – housekeeping and deletion of data in line with data retention policy, reporting on user consumption. Create and maintain documentation to enable data governance. Management of customer golden record via data entity matching and development of the single customer view models. Build analytical data models with consideration for performance, usability and scalability. Build and maintain APIs and micro-services utilising best practice to ensure security and performance. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience with big data tools and frameworks. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of Python and other programming languages used in the processing of structured and unstructured data. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues. Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
