Responsibilities
* Lead & Inspire - Manage and motivate our Call Centre team to deliver top-tier customer service.
* Drive Sales - Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments and direct sales.
* Monitor & Improve Performance - Coach and develop team members through one-to-ones and performance reviews.
* Ensure Compliance - Oversee adherence to FCA regulations and other key policies.
* Optimise Efficiency - Manage staffing, productivity, and workflow to maintain peak operational performance.
* Collaborate & Innovate - Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication across departments.
* Stay Customer-Focused - Provide valuable insights on customer trends to shape business strategies.
Skills
* Proven experience in Call Centre Management or a similar leadership role.
* A strong track record of boosting sales & customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional leadership & coaching skills - You know how to get the best out of your team!
* Solid organisational & time management abilities.
* Confidence in handling HR-related tasks (rotas, holidays, commissions).
* FCA accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
* A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
