Position Overview: The Industry Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within the industrial sector, including industries like oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, nuclear, and power stations. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. The Sales Executive will deliver presentations, conduct surveys, and offer solutions tailored to clients’ challenges. Key Responsibilities: Identify client needs through site surveys. Collaborate with internal teams for suitable solutions. Generate new leads and opportunities with business development teams. Complete detailed reports for quoting, picking, and installation. Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn/HubSpot. Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities. Maintain strong client relationships. Build presentations and proposals. Research new geographical opportunities to maximize travel. Ensure the right solutions are presented and evaluate project risks. Technical & Qualifications: Degree in an industry-related field (Oil/Gas/Chemical/Manufacturing/Nuclear/Water) Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Desirable) 3 years sales experience in the industrial sector Experience with extraction and ventilation systems (Desirable) P601 qualification (Desirable) Basic occupational hygiene awareness (Desirable) Microsoft Office proficiency CRM (HubSpot) experience (Desirable) Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills Excellent communication skills Adaptable, persistent, and goal-driven Honest, accountable, and reliable Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs Measures of Success (KPIs): Achieve sales target based on business unit spend Target number of customer interactions (in-person and phone) Quote follow-up targets Achieve Net Promoter Score (customer satisfaction) Time spent on training (tracked through CPD-style system) Other Notes: Vehicle provided 6-week training period, which may include travel/overnight stays
